Narcis Ritual

Narcis Ritual bakes Neapolitan-style pizza right in front of you, in a wood-fired oven he built with his own hands. Miroslav Juřička was drawn to oven-building through his travels around Italy, while he learned to bake pizza in Iceland. What began as a small workshop has since grown into a bistro in Staré Město and a festival stall.
