Cycling accessories from Thule, workshop tools from Narex and Bosch, or a potting bench from Plastia. We're unpacking the first exhibits that will form part of the industrial exhibition Žně designu. The opening takes place on 28 August as part of WiFič VEN!
The exhibition aims to draw attention to products whose design respects functionality, manufacturing possibilities and reasonable aesthetic value. To design that gives stable work to hundreds of people across dozens of professions. This year Žně designu will feature products from twenty manufacturers across several European countries.
Žně designu is being held in Bílovice for the fourth time. It first took place in 2020, with a second edition following a year later. We returned to the project at Pole designu last year. This year's edition has the ambition to become an international showcase. The exhibition loosely follows on from the activities of the Design Centre of the Czech Republic.
