We prepared all the performances, spread across four evenings, as part of the Zvykejte si project. We opened this year's season in June. We invited the band Květy, decorated with three Anděl awards in the alternative music category. Their concert symbolically kicked off operations at the newly built – and no less alternative – Kempus na poli. The second instalment of the Zvykejte si series took place in July, drawing crowds with Anna Vaverková's electronic pop and Ondřej Hrabal's original verse.
The third evening, scheduled for late September, belonged to Lenka Zbořilová, a mainstay of alternative music, who presented her solo project Iva Z. She was joined by the duo Dominik Zezula and Tomáš Havlena, offering a classic sound in electronic disguise under the post-hudba banner.
The series wrapped up in early November with a properly packed evening. And this time we strayed well off the mainstream. We opened with a screening of Girl Power, a film full of spray paint and oestrogen. After a short discussion, we were back at full throttle: ANKI and JOSEF K. A double concert by two rappers united by one thing – that they don't fit in anywhere…
