Ulita, the third generation
How much space do we really need to live comfortably? The third-generation Ulita packs the functions of a standard 2+kk flat into 29.5 m². By opening the interior up to the gable roof, working with several height levels and building the furniture straight into the structure, it makes use of a total volume of 117 m³.
The show Ulita stands right in the Kempus at Pole designu — a setting where design, production and everyday use come together. During the tour you can step inside, walk through the layout and see up close the materials, construction solutions and details that help make the most of every dimension of the house.
