Horňácká muzika Martina Kománka

Horňácká muzika, led by first violinist Martin Kománek, brings to Bílovice the music of Horňácko, a region beneath the White Carpathians where folk music is still played and sung as part of everyday life.

The band accompanies the programme A Year in Horňácko with the Oskoruša women’s choir. Together we’ll walk through a whole year as it was marked in Horňácko by songs, customs and traditions – from Advent through Shrovetide and work in the fields to weddings and village feasts.

Before the music, from 19.00, there is a tasting of Moravian wines. You can buy a ticket for the cimbalom band only, or for the whole evening.
