At this tasting you’ll try eight exceptional wines from eight exceptional Czech winemakers. Chardonnay, Welschriesling, Sauvignon or Pinot Noir from home-grown icons such as Gala, Kadrnka, Fabig and Sůkal will convince you that the Czech Republic makes wines that hold their own against any foreign competition.

The guided tasting is led by Pavel Uretšlégr of the Wine Institute (Vinařský institut).

The tasting opens the Horňácko evening. From 20.15 the programme continues with A Year in Horňácko featuring the Oskoruša women’s choir and Horňácká muzika of Martin Kománek. You can buy a ticket for the tasting only, or for the whole evening.
